Seminole Bash $7.25: Variety Platter of Assorted Cheeses and Crackers; Fresh Vegetables and Dip; Fresh Seasonal Fruit Tray; and (choice of one hot item) Meatballs in Sweet & Sour Sauce, Chicken Drummies, or Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts.

Gator Run $6.25: Variety Platter of Assorted Cheeses and Crackers; Fresh Vegetables and Dip; and (choice of one hot item) Meatballs in Sweet & Sour Sauce, Chicken Drummies, or Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts.

Picnic Special $4.25: Variety Platter of Assorted Cheeses, Crackers, and Summer Sausage.

Farmer's Market $4.25: Variety Platter of Assorted Cheeses and Crackers, and choice of Fresh Fruit Chunks or Fresh Vegetables and Dip.

The Nacho Bar $4.50 Nacho Cheese Sauce, Hot and Mild Salsa, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Olives, Minced Tomatoes, Onions, Black Olives, Jalapeños, and Tortilla Chips

 

Appetizers & Hors d'Oeuvres - A La Carte Items

Pricing is based on a minimum order of 20

Spinach & Goat Cheese Pizza $3.50 (per person) A petite pizza crust topped with an array of garden fresh vegetables and accented with goat cheese.  

Brie w/Raspberry & Almonds in Phyllo $4.25 (per person) Individual, buttery soft Brie cheese with a sweet raspberry sauce and chopped almonds, wrapped in flaky phyllo dough.  

Smoked Chicken Quesadilla $3.75 (per person) A delicious combination of chunks and shredded chicken, mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, and spicy jalapeño. (2 each)

 Beef Fajita $3.75 (per person): Flour tortilla enwraps tender shredded beef, Monterey Jack cheese, and a combination of peppers, onions, and cilantro. (2 each) 

Taco Station $3.25 (per person): Ground Sirloin or Grilled Chicken with lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, hard and soft taco shells 

Mediterranean Platter $2.75 (per person) Selection of Pita Wedges, Toasted Baguettes, and Assorted Crackers with a choice of 3 of the following dips: Spinach/Artichoke, Spicy Green Olive Tapenade, Sauerkraut, Eggplant Humus, Black Olive, or Eggplant Tomato Dip. (minimum order of 25) 

Sweet Heat $4. : Boneless fried chicken tenderloins tossed in our spicy hot sauce. Served with bell peppers & a gorgonzola cheese sauce for dipping. 

Angry Shrimp $4: Jumbo prawns rubbed with our house spices then pan seared to perfection accompanied by our sweet Thai chili sauce. 

Assorted Mini Tarts $2.95 (per person)  Selection of phyllo and pastry tarts: Shrimp Mustard, Blue Cheese Crab, assorted Egg, Veggie and Fruit filling
